His intervention is designed to help you understand your inner-self and control it for spiritual growth.

Anger is one of these tests. All it ever achieves is to drain spirit, of energy, direction and hope. It achieves nothing positive on this world.

Your solution to anger is to understand the futility of feeling angry. To forgive those who have angered you and dissipate its force with the power of love.

This is so easy to say and so difficult to implement. But it is the only way to neutralise anger.
